Ziptrek Ecotours

To make a discounted booking delegates will have to:

• call the Ziptrek Ecotours Guest Services desk at: 604-935-0001 or 866-935-0001 (do not use the online booking as delegates will not receive the discount)
• Tell the Guest Services agent they are with the conference and quote the name: 6ISR
• Delegates will have to provide a credit card to hold the booking. (payment can be made by other means when upon check in).
• Bookings can be phoned in anytime between now & Sept 12th.

Cancellation Policy: (this will be re-confirmed when they book)
Cancellations or "no shows" within 24 hours of tour departure time will be charged full price. 

Ziptrek and TreeTrek Ecotours operate in almost all weather conditions.  Ziptrek reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control.  In these events, full refunds will be made or alternative dates offered.

Maximum weight allowed for Ziptreking is 275 lbs or 125 kgs.
