| You can add companion options to your workshop registration at any time through the online registration system. $45(Cdn) for welcome reception and $95(Cdn) for banquet. The tour of TRIUMF will be free, if companion is signed up by January 9, 2009 . We strongly encourage you to buy these in advance of the conference, as we cannot guarantee that they will be available on site. |
ARW 2009 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing to ARW2009@triumf.ca. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after January 9, 2009 . This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances |
