Vancouver is a busy tourist destination. So early booking is highly recommended. We have negotiated conference group rates with five hotels close to the conference site. Please follow the reservation instructions listed below. You may also use external agents such as Hotels.com or Expedia.ca . Depending on availability and time of booking, they may have very competitive rates. Note: We highly discourage staying at any hotel East of Main Street!

If you choose to stay at the Sandman, please consult the front desk if you intend to do any walking around. We do not recommend that you walk down Hastings Street between Homer and Main. Although it may seem like a direct route from Gastown to Chinatown going South along Abbott or Carrall Street we recommend that you avoid walking through this area, day or night.
