Registration for LINAC08 is by invitation only. If you would like to be invited to this conference and have not yet received an email invitation, contact the Conference Coordinator at linac08@triumf.ca.

To register, students must log on to their LINAC08 SPMS account at http://appora.fnal.gov/pls/linac08/profile.html using their normal JACoW username and password, and then click on the Student Registration link.

The student category includes: a student registered for a Ph.D. or diploma in accelerator physics or engineering; a Post Doctoral Fellow in accelerator physics or engineering; or a trainee accelerator physicist or engineer in the educational phase of their professional career. All students attending the conference are encouraged to present their work in the special student poster session.

How to Participate and Apply for Financial Support:

The application form for the student program and financial support can be found on the LINAC08 SPMS Web site. This web address is provided in your invitation letter.

**To be considered for financial support, you must answer the questions at the foot of the registration form. In addition, a recommendation letter from your supervisor or group leader must be sent to linac08@triumf.ca by Tuesday, July 1, 2008.**

Successful applicants will be notified on July 15, 2008.
