A tour of TRIUMF will be available on Saturday, October 4th and will include bus transportation to Vancouver on Friday, October 3rd after the conclusion of the conference, transportation to TRIUMF on Saturday morning, lunch at TRIUMF, and transportation back to the hotel. The cost for this tour is not included with your registration fee.

If you would like to participate in this tour, please ensure you arrange your flights to accommodate a Saturday afternoon/evening departure.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel, which is part of the Vancouver International Airport . The rooms are entirely sound-proof, and extremely convenient for those flying out of Vancouver .

A rate of $139 CDN for single occupancy and $169 CDN for double occupancy has been arranged. This rate will be extended for 3 days after October 3rd for those departing on Sunday. It is also available on Saturday, September 27 and Sunday, September 28 for those wishing to stay in Vancouver prior to the start of the conference.
