A laptop will be provided for your presentation, as well as a USB memory stick to transfer your files. You may also provide your presentation on CD.

We would prefer that you use the laptop provided, but we will allow you to use your own computer.

Poster size is A0 (841 x 1189 mm) or E-size (34' x 44').

Poster prizes for the 3 best posters (as chosen by the poster-prize committee) will be awarded during the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

Pins and scotch tape will be provided to attach the posters to the boards.
