Proceedings

Important Information

The deadline for submissions to the TCP'06 conference proceedings has passed.

It is in everyone's best interest to ensure that they send in their submission to us expediently so that we can attain a quick turn around time with production.

The book of abstracts, with all received contributions, will be distributed to all participants at the beginning of the Conference.

The Conference Proceedings will be published both in hard copy and CD-ROM format. Participants wishing to receive a CD-ROM will indicate their preference when registering on-line. Students will receive a CD-ROM with their conference fee.

Hyperfine Interactions (Springer) has been chosen as the publisher. The Proceedings will be prepared electronically; the hard copy and CD-ROM will be prepared from the electronic files provided.

The LaTeX and MSWord formatting zipped files provided by Springer files can be downloaded below:

LaTex files are preferred, but MSWord will be accepted.

Contributed papers can be up to 6 pages in length and all Invited can be up to 10 pages in length. All submissions will be refereed.

Please submit the electronic files (the PDF file, your .tex and figure files) of your paper to tcp06proc@triumf.ca, include in the subject line of your message the presenting author's name, your WEBID and/or your Abstract number.

Please bring two paper copies of your submission to be handed in to the Proceedings Office at the TCP06 conference venue.

We request that when you submit your paper to the Proceedings Desk, that you give yourself enough time so that we may confirm with you your email address and your postal information. We will be doing the communication between the Referee of your paper and you by means of email. All information will be kept confidential.
