The deadline for making your booking at Gage expired June 18,  and therefore it is not possible to book on line any longer. Please make your reservations by phone or email ASAP.

Off Campus If you would prefer to stay off the UBC campus, we have arranged a block of rooms at the Plaza 500 Hotel, located 30 minutes drive from UBC.The room block is being held until June 18, 2006, but we encourage you to book early for best selection and availability. Reservations made after June 18, 2006 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Public Transit to UBC  
From the hotel, starting from 12th Ave and Cambie Street, proceed north
(downhill on Cambie) three blocks to 9th Ave (a.k.a. Broadway). Locate
the 99-B-line halt at the NW corner (in front of MacDonalds) and  take
the bus westbound to UBC.  Travel time is 25-30 mins. When returning from UBC,
take the 99-B and alight at the Broadway and Cambie stop at the SE corner of the intersection.
